Emery Eriacho has been fascinated with bears and wolves since childhood. Most of his Zuni fetishes are of four-legged animals. He is known for choosing high-quality stones that have a fine finish. Wild Horse is a combination of magnesite and hematite mined in the Gila Wilderness area of Southern Arizona. Wild Horse is believed to be derived from the spotted brown pinto horse due to its resemblance. The bear has turquoise eyes, and an offering with a turquoise arrow, turquoise and coral stones.
