Lena Boone is a well respected carver who pioneered use of glass among Zuni artists. She mentors and helps many young people, some of whom have become good artists in their own right.

This bear is carved from beautiful green turquoise with rich brown matrix. The eyes are inlaid coral; shell, coral, and turquoise offerings.
