Larry Mayac. comes from a family of distinguished ivory carvers. We consider him to be one of the top, if not the top bird scrimshaw carver in his family and in all of Alaska.

This is a lovely red-throated loon. The bright red throat and eyes contrast beautifully with the subtly colored grey feathers.
