Dewey Owle Sycamore-Walnut Bowl 2
Dewey Owle is a wood carver from Cherokee, North Carolina. He uses exotic woods to turn very attractive bowls, often combining two kinds of wood for contrast.
This base of this bowl is sycamore wood; the rim is walnut. The grain of the sycamore wood is beautiful and contrasts nicely with the dark walnut rim.
