Norbert Thomas Ivory Crab
Crabs carved from walrus tusk by Alaskan Eskimos are not unheard of, but they are uncommon. This crab was carved with a realistic, bumpy shell that would have taken many hours to complete.

Signed Norbert Thomas “Nome”; our research found a Norman Thomas from Nome who was born around 1950.
8 in. wide x 5 1/2 in. deep x 2 1/2 in. high. Legs are attached with wire pegs.
