Vintage Fred Harvey Style Oval Turquoise Ring
Entrepreneur Fred Harvey sold jewelry from the early 1900’s until the middle of the 20th century, made primarily by Navajo artisans. Though there were several other prominent workshops operating during the same period, the jewelry is commonly known as Fred Harvey style.
This sterling silver ring has a beautiful green turquoise cabochon surrounded by braided silver and silver beads. On the side are stamped designs. The silver has developed a fine patina, and the turquoise cabochon has probably turned greener with age and use.
Size 6 ring; platform is 7/8 inch x 5/8 inch.
